It was rainy and gloomy on this day so I decided to wear some bright colors (while incorporating black of course!). This shirt is another Peter Pilotto for Target piece and I just love the print and colors. It gives off so much energy, it's hard to not be in a good mood when wearing this top. My skirt is from Alloy, bag from Target and shoes from Shoedazzle.
